YG And Krayzie Bone Talk “Cash Money” On New Track
YG offers two fresh tunes in 24 hours.
YG is quickly working his way back into the spotlight: he popped up recently on Ty Dolla $ign’s “Only Right” and Gunplay’s “Wuzhanindoe,” two skeletal, explosive songs produced by DJ Mustard. This week, the rapper dropped two new songs of his own: the P-funk-influenced romp “Twist My Fingaz” and “Cash Money” with Bone Thugz’ Krayzie Bone. The collaboration has all the hallmarks of YG‘s next-wave G-funk: fat synth bass, rhythmic shouts, and a thin, smacking beat. Listen below, and read FADER's YG interview.
