On the eve of his birthday, the big homie of Houston Trae Tha Truth has dropped off a heavyweight collaboration with Future and Boosie called "Tricken Every Car I Get." The rare rap song that is actually about automobiles—as opposed to a the car as metaphor for woman—it's an impassioned ode to their pimped out rides.
According to Trae's account, as told to The FADER, the song was recorded during one of Boosie's first post-jail studio sessions. "Boosie had just came home. I believe it was his first night in the studio, and I was up there visiting and we ended up knocking it out. We've been knowing each other, because we all were young coming up and doing our thing, so we always had the relationship."
"Tricken Every Car I Get" is the project's second single off Tha Truth, out July 24th.
