UPDATE 05/05/15 3:28PM: Gov Ball has issued a statement that Slim Jimmy has been taken to a nearby hospital where he is in stable condition.
Aaquil Brown, better known as Slim Jimmy or one-half of Atlanta duo Rae Sremmurd injured his leg during the the group's performance on the main stage of Governor's Ball.
It's unclear exactly how it happened, but SPIN is reporting that Slim Jimmy was jumping from the main stage onto a platform and slipped due to rain. He was carried off on a stretcher by medics and was apparently bleeding badly, with a large piece of glass in his leg. The show had to go on, however, and Swae Lee carried the rest of the performance on his own. VIBE has video of Jimmy being helped off stage.
It's not clear how bad the injury is, but we will be posting updates here as they roll in.
