Not to be outdone by Tupac's hologram, Selena's family is plotting her comeback in similar form. The "Queen of Tejano music," who Drake recently drew attention to with his airbrushed tribute tee, is going to be reincarnated as a hologram that sings, releases new music, collaborates with artists, and possibly tours in the year of 2018. That is, if an IndieGoGo campaign successfully raises $500,000. The tech company behind this move, Acrovirt, is looking for funding to create a "walking, talking, singing, and dancing, digital embodiment" of the singer named "Selena The One." According to Selena's father, "The prices are ridiculous and it requires the transportation of tons of equipment." Of course, when you're going to be making money off the deceased, should you really ask for handouts?
