People love Kanye West, but Florida inmate Wayne Albright, who's been sitting in jail since 2000 on an attempted sexual assault charge, does not. According to TMZ, as a matter of fact, his dislike for 'Ye and Kim Kardashian is so intense that he's filed a lawsuit to prevent them from ever setting foot in Florida again.
His lawsuit seeks a temporary restraining order against the couple—who, I will hazard a guess here, have most likely never actually met Albright—and also requests that they never appear on any TV shows airing in Florida, "unless it's Court TV and they're on trial for posing as a famous couple." Shade! I'd say "we'll keep you posted on how this turns out," but you can probably guess what the results of this one are.
