We’re Obsessed With Studio Arhoj’s Tiny Ceramic Ghosts

Growing up, I felt like I was surrounded by hundreds of small, palm-sized objects that yielded an almost magical tactile and aesthetic pleasure. A dip-dyed blue rabbit's foot, a tiny green jewelry box, a Tamagotchi—and more often than not, these objects had little to do with status or money or even other people; these tiny things scratched a more innate, internal itch. That's what the Spring/Summer '15 lookbook from Studio Arhoj reminds me of. Their tiny ghosts and other abstract talismans provoke an intense desire to touch and hold, their immaculate craftsmanship and candy pastel hues are simply a perk. I wanna collect 'em all.
