Kanye West surprised fans by hand-delivering their new Yeezys at today's drop in NYC, and as you can see from the heartwarming pics below, made their day. It's been a busy weekend for surprise Ye appearances, after he also showed up to perform his "I Don't Like" verse during Drake's headline slot at Irving Plaza last night, February 13 (see clips of that here); what are the odds that he'll go three for three and make an appearance at Paul McCartney's Valentine's Day show tonight?
