America's sweetheart and her sweetheart are on the cover of Vogue's March issue in what appears to be a haute-couture Thelma and Louise-themed spread. In Vogue's photographic fan fiction, Karlie Kloss and Taylor Swift have retired to a set of vintage air streams on the California coast, where Swift serenades Kloss as the latter—"a prolific baker"—bakes the two of them cookies. It's perhaps the gauziest treatment a best-friendship has ever received, and Vogue is loving every minute. "People had been telling us for years we needed to meet," Swift gushes in one caption, "I remember makeup artists and hair people going, 'God, she and Karlie would be best friends." And so they became best friends, and Vogue saw that it was good. See the full spread here.
