Kanye West and Lana Del Rey are the cover stars of Billboard's Power 100 issue. Dressed in all-black attire, they likely bonded over being chronically misunderstood and their aversion to smiling. Plus, they had that time Lana Del Rey serenaded Kimye at Versailles to talk about. The man they're posing next to, who you're probably wondering is, is UMG chairman/CEO Lucian Grange and topped Billboard's list this year. Lana had this to say about him: "Lucian has such an extensive knowledge of music history, yet his eye is always on the future. As artists, we're lucky he's at the helm."
