Last week we reported that Bobby Shmurda's bail was posted, but looks like things have changed: The New York Times reports that Shmurda's bail has been withdrawn. "It's our understanding that the suretor has withdrawn and that no hearing is currently scheduled," said Kati Cornell, a spokeswoman for the office of the special narcotics prosecutor for New York City. Shmurda's lawyer, Kenneth Montgomery, has confirmed that the bail application has been put on hold for the time being: "We're trying to do a new bond application and are in the process in the figuring that out...We're hoping to get it done within the next week."
