Ackquille Pollard, aka Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel, and the GS9 crew returned to Manhattan court on this afternoon for a second arraignment for an updated indictment following their December arrest. One by one, each of the 13 indicted crew members rose before Judge James Burke and entered his not guilty plea. Meanwhile their lawyers petitioned for reduced bail, to no avail. According to XXL's description of the scene, family members and Epic Records reps were present during the proceedings. Their next court date has been set for April 22.
