Nadastrom And Nina K Put On Their “House Shoes”

After a few years of building a very steady reputation as top-notch DJs and producers, Dave Nada and Matt Nordstrom are prepping their self-titled debut LP as Nadastrom for release on February 23 via Friends of Friends. "House Shoes" features an entrancing vocal take from Swedish vocalist Nina Kinert, who's also done her thing on records from the excellent Danish pop-techno producer Tomas Barfod. "I always imagined a kind of 'call and response' club scenario with 'House Shoes,'" Nadastrom told FADER via email, "like when two people make eye contact on the dance floor and give each other the green light to holler at the possibility of sharing a dance. It was the song where we started to feel like the album was coming together how we envisioned it."
