Eric Garner's family has taken to song to honor the late husband and father of six children who was fatally placed in a chokehold by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo this past July. Their tribute, "This Ends Today," is led by Garner's daughter, Erica, who staged a "die-in" at the site in Staten Island where her father was killed. It's a sobering R&B track with Erica flexing her soulful voice on the chorus, "Who is the man with the strength to choose / When the rest refuse / I say this ends today." She's joined by relative Steven Flagg who raps, dropping lines like, "Life should be protected if justice is real."
