People are, very rightfully, still angry and fighting for change after the recent, murderous spate of police brutality seen in America this year; one of the ways that people are speaking out is by donning "I Can't Breathe" T-shirts, in honor of murdered Staten Island resident Eric Garner's last words. Jay Z helped outfit the Brooklyn Nets in the shirts earlier this month, and last night Usher and Jermaine Dupri donned "I Can't Breathe" shirts at the Tampa tour stop of the former's current run of performances.
