"Rap videos usually aren't as memorable as other videos because they're always doing the same thing," video director Grant Singer told FADER in a recent interview. "I want to make them cinematic and weird." Sure enough, Singer's clip for Travi$ Scott's Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug-featuring Days After Rodeo cut "Mamacita" (which also mixes a little bit of Rodeo cut "The Prayer" in there, too) is pretty out-there: the video sees the rappers doing their thing in an abandoned lot, accompanied by dancers wielding those glowstick things that airplane runway controllers (is that even what you call them?) use. There's also a lot of neon paint involved, and at one point Travi$ is strapped to a board wearing a face mask a la Hannibal Lecter. Cool.
