In anticipation of his SHADYXV double disc compilation, which is set for release Monday November 24, Eminem has just liberated a 66-track mixtape of offcuts and fan favourites. Hosted by DJ Whoo Kid, the tape spans the rapper's 15 year career with skits, freestyles and collaborations with Sia, 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks and more. You can download and stream Shady Classics below.
Meanwhile this week, Eminem has been making headlines for way more disappointing reasons as a leaked snippet of a song called "Vegas," from the upcoming compilation, featured a lyric that explicitly threatened Iggy Azalea: Put that shit away, Iggy/ You don't wanna blow that rape whistle on me. (He also recently threatened to punch Lana Del Rey in the face in a tasteless cypher promoting the same compilation.) Iggy responded on Twitter that she was "bored of the old men threatening young women as entertainment trend," adding "women in music have the bigger balls anyhow."
