Latex Ladies Look For Love In Ariel Pink’s “Picture Me Gone” Video

It’s the second Grant Singer-directed clip from Pink’s new double LP.

Grant Singer—the director who set Ariel Pink's "Put Your Number in My Phone" inside a shopping mall and recently helmed Youth Code's disturbing "Consuming Guilt" clip—heads to the beach, and the office, and the skating rink in this LA-centric video for "Picture Me Gone." It "follows a day in the life of three men in their search of meaning and happiness," Singer says in a press release. The "men" in question here are all wearing creepy Tourist Trap-style latex masks and are dressed like ladies. The warped power ballad is the third single from Pink's new double album, pom pom, which drops November 18th on 4AD. Pink, who has been making headlines recently for a host of problematic comments, appears in the video, too.
