Björk Posted Mark Bell’s 1996 Remix Of “Possibly Maybe”
The Icelandic artist uploaded the edit to SoundCloud in memory of the late producer.

Yesterday, we reported the sad news that LFO founder and Björk producer Mark Bell had passed away. Though she couldn't be reached for an official statement, Björk hopped on Twitter to honor her collaborator by uploading a swampy edit he made of her Post single, "Possibly Maybe," in 1996. Listening to his pitch-mangled "Lucy Mix" now, in 2014, it's hard to ignore how remarkably ahead of its time it sounds; Björk famously has a fine-tuned ear for forward-thinking sound design, and her work with Bell in the ’90s is no exception.
