When it comes to starring in quirky and endearing videos, Christopher Owens is a pro. Back in July, the former Girls singer shared a clip for "Nothing More Than Everything to Me" off his upcoming album A New Testament that features him performing at a middle school dance. On his latest video, the twangy and ebullient "Never Wanna See That Look Again," which premiered Tuesday on Dazed, the cowboy hat-wearing Owens sings the song with his heart on his sleeve in front of a painted Western-looking backdrop. Of the new clip, the singer told Dazed: “I think I was very genuine in this video...This one I think is pretty much how I am. The difference on stage would be that I'd have the guitar, which changes everything.” And speaking of stage, Owens will be on tour for some dates in the U.S. and Canada starting this Thursday at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles (see dates below); A New Testament will drop on September 30th.
