Watch Lana Del Rey’s “Ultraviolence” Video

Watch the minimal but effective clip for the title track off Lana’s new record.

After inhabiting stylized micro-universes in the clips for "West Coast" and "Shades Of Cool," it's kind of refreshing to see current FADER cover star Lana Del Rey starring in a very simple video. Director Francesco Corrozzini sets her new record's The Crystals-referencing title track against lo-fi visuals of the singer in a modest wedding dress wandering around a garden with overgrown hedges. She sensually devours an orange, sucks on the videographer's fingers and eventually makes her way to the chapel. There's no guests, no groom—just a lonely Lana playing dress-up with a bouquet of lilies. In case you missed it, Duncan Cooper's cover feature, "Lana Del Rey Is Anyone She Wants To Be," is on newsstands now and available to read online right here.
