FADER PREMIERE
When you're a singer/producer known for sweetly mournful songs that dance around the head, how do you approach a remix of another singer/producer who swims in similar circles? If you're Deptford Goth then you try splitting the atom. On the Peckham-based artist's remix of London upstart Fyfe's saxophone ballad "For You," he play with reflection and refraction, sending every element into free-fall, echoing into and around its original form as if it were strolling through a hall of mirrors. The result is quite enchanting. Believe Recordings will release Fyfe's new single, "For You," including this Deptford Goth remix on July 21st.
