Most people celebrate their 21st birthday in a bar. Instead Vic Mensa celebrated his onstage with Damon Albarn at Governors Ball. The Chicago rapper joined Albarn to perform Gorillaz's 2001 debut single "Clint Eastwood." Mensa subbed in for Del the Funky Homosapien and riffed off his original verses.
