FKi's long been one of my favorite production duos, eschewing bigger-is-better trap aesthetics for an ever-elegant but still street-friendly approach that consistently does more with less. Today, they've released a comprehensive 18-track compilation of their best beats of the past few years. It's less of a source of discovery (though now I know a Young Dro and Childish Gambino collaboration exists) than a reminder of how many crazy goddamn songs they've made—although the growling "Gang In Here" appears to be previously unreleased. Highlights include Atlanta-via-Kingston rapper Zuse's absolutely batshit "Red," Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug's bubbling single "Get TF Out My Face," and a buttcheek-friendly blend of Travis Porter's strip club classic "Ayy Ladies" with Tyga and Rick Ross' "Drop It Like It's Hot"-turned-inside-out "Dope." And is it possible to ever hear too much of Jeremih's white-hot "All The Time," even the inferior Lil Wayne remix? (Spoiler alert: no.)
