Well that escalated pretty quickly. Last year Que built his buzz with his Migos collaboration, "Young Nigga," and quietly released "OG Bobby Johnson." Over the past few months, in the wake of his deal with Atlantic and clutch co-signs from Drake, Jay Z, and Lebron, it's snowballed into the "Versace" of 2014, or the "Type of Way"—basically, the catchiest song of the year. Today he unveils the official remix, A&R'd by DJ Drama; I'd expected it to be an Atlanta-focused affair, but instead it branches in unexpectedly broad directions, adding verses from Snoop Dogg, A$AP Ferg, and Pusha T. Snoop would seem to be the wild card here, but he sounds at home (plus claims his real name is Bobby Johnson). For more on Que, check the three-part "Who Is Que? A Day In The Life" mini-documentary series on his new site.
