Skipper, the smart dude with a muscle flow and bucket hat who you could call HBK Gang's Schoolboy Q, if you wanted to, just released his second solo tape, Wet 2. He calls self-assured lyric-showcases like "Hate Me Now" and "Change of Plans" his favorites from the release, but steady-thwacking "That's My Word" is the single. For its new video, Skip, Iamsu! and HBK's mush-mouthed varsity player Dave Steezy dance across the San Francisco waterfront. In-house HBK video guy David Camarena directs; he's gotten really good.
