Skipper, mainstay member of the East Bay's HBK Gang, will release his second solo tape, Wet 2, on January 13th. First taste "That's My Word" is a head-shaking statement of determination. With verses from HBK leader Iamsu! and the crew's resident pretty boy Dave Steezy, it sounds like mobbing around in a sedan with people that make you feel good, a perfect treat to take home to your squad for the holidays.
