Have you ever watched a Hollywood battle scene set in the gladiator era that ratcheted up the suspense and terror of the action using electronic beats? It's a strangely happy marriage between solemn opera vocals and an acid-y techno rhythm so driving that it almost sounds predatory, unearthing the hidden link between the deep past and the digital present in the form of top-notch commercial sound design.
