Jay Z shepherded the second-annual Budweiser Made in America Festival this past weekend in Philadelphia. Last year he headlined; this year, he sat back with a beach ball, watching Beyoncé, Nine Inch Nails and FADER cover babes Haim, Solange, Kendrick Lamar and Miguel, plus some 30 more acts doing their thing.
