It's hard to pick out specific, standout moments on Ellen Allien's recent Lism album; the record plays out in one, long, continuous track, and travels so dreamily from one mood-state to another that it feels less like something you listen to than something you fall into. Hence, don't expect this video bringing together three Lism sound environments to pop off immediately; the beauty of the images herein lie more in a slow unfurling, like the gravitational movement of a strand of hair across a face. Lism is out now via the Berlin dance music mogul's own BPitch Control imprint, and you can read the story behind it here.
