Update 6/26/2013: Laneway Detroit has added a second, electronic-focused stage, to be presented in collaboration with Movement Electronic Festival and Ghostly International. Five acts have been added to the Movement Stage lineup: Matthew Dear, ADULT., Shigeto, Heathered Pearls and Beacon. Sigur Ros and The National will headline Laneway Detroit's main stage, where Solange, Charli XCX, AlunaGeorge, Savages, Warpaint and Flume will also play. Festival tickets are on sale now.

Sigur Ros, The National, Solange, Icona Pop, Chvrches and Run the Jewels (Killer Mike and El-P) will play The Laneway Festival Detroit. Taking place at Meadow Brook in Rochester Hills, MI on September 14th, it's the first-ever American installment of the international Laneway Festival, which was started in Australia in 2004. Tickets for Laneway Detroit will be available here starting this Saturday, May 18th; buy limited "Early Bird" packets of four tickets with friends for a discount.
