A little bit ago, we posted a very pretty dance track from Hyetal's new Modern Worship album, featuring, among other subtle things, lightly fluttering windchimes and some very amniotic-sounding vocals from British singer Gwilym Gold. On Vessel's edit of the cut, which is definitely not immediately recognizable as the same tune, the fellow Bristol producer either nixes the bulk of the vocals or overdrives them to the point where they sound more like synths, cutting a darkly percolating framework of wonky bass tones and industrial clangs with some pretty lyrical machine screams. Modern Worship is out June 4th via True Panther Sounds.
