We like the way wearing a line of buttons and a proper collar can make us feel like a certified grownup, but the world of button down shirts is kind of a snoozefest. Soft blue, crisp white, starched or unstartched—it's one of those menswear items that's pretty much stayed the same for the last 50 years. Props to Danish brand Soulland for futzing with the formula a little and sprucing things up with their fall collection. With a little embroidered owl on the sleeve, a hefty, masculine take on the rounded Peter Pan collar and a few crazy patterns, you'll have plenty of options to wear to the office that won't make you feel like a square.
