"Picture" is the soft and suspenseful opener of Dream Boat's recent Eclipsing LP, a sorta slept-on psych-rock gem which we streamed in full a little while back on this site. The echoing keyboard line just chimes over and over again, and the beat never really drops, and if we get anything in the way of a climax, it's probably in the form of the scorched guitar fill that starts creeping up on us about halfway through. Co-directed by Jason Miller and the band's own Dan Donahue, this clip for "Picture" has an equally hesitant vibe, as though it were blinking itself awake. Buy Eclipsing via Cloud Recordings.
