The best DIY pop is open to everybody, and Little Spoon’s very sweet "Clouds Clear" would make a lot of sense soundtracking a children's parade, what with its playful, never-quitting opening loop dinging like something you'd tap out on kitchen tiles and pots. (Little Spoon's repertoire is far from puerile or naive—check out a bleaker, older song below.) "Clouds Clear" comes from Boston producer/noodler Cameron Potter's dreamy new LP, I See, out now digitally and on cassette via Crash Symbols.
