Chief Keef and Soulja Boy sit pretty and pump their elbows in LA in the goofy video for "Foreign Cars," their squealed and already-released collaboration. According to Keef, his upcoming Interscope debut will hit stores on December 18th, pushed back from its former November 27th street date.
