Filmed by director Matthew Saville in Perth, Australia, this video for Melody's Echo Chamber’s "You Won't Be Missing That Part Of Me" takes advantage of all the weird beauty of Perth. When I say weird, I don't mean like a funny looking Australian bird floating across an endless expanse of ocean or scary rainforest, I more mean that the light there feels different in a way you can't quite put your finger on. It almost feels like the sun is just a little brighter than it should be. Saville takes advantage of the light, shooting Melody in blinding sun, and pitch black night, things are often just out of focus or a little blurred to match the relaxed pace of the track, which builds and fizzles laconically.
