In case you need more proof that London is the most nurturing spot in the world for emerging designers, just this year High Street mega-store Toshop has cosigned two of the best British youngsters in the business—first up was a truly amazing women's line with J.W. Anderson and now, for the men, a collection of knitwear from James Long. Long, along with Sibling and Ryan Lo, is part of a new generation of UK designers reinventing the common sweater. For Topman, he adds fuzzy polka dots, asymmetrical spots and chalky plaid inspired by the Bobby Gillespie and The Sex Pistols. (via Selectism)
