Young Giftz is a rapper from Chicago's East Side, an area that seems to produce rappers influenced by the East Coast. Following "Nino," "The Intro" is the second taste of his upcoming tape The Lake Effect 1.5. It's produced by LoKey, who was one of the earliest producers in Chicago to make brittle, Southern-influenced beats. Lo Key has worked a lot with King L, but he's produced for everyone from R. Kelly to the LEP Bogus Boys, and his instrumental tapes have done impressive download numbers for someone that's only well-known within the region.
