Do You Know Who I Am is Chicago drill princess Sasha Gohard’s straight-to-the-point second tape, featuring production from Young Chop, Absolut P, DJ Kenn and Southside. Sasha named her first tape Glory Girl, positioning herself as the female counterpart to Chief Keef's Glory Boys Entertainment crew, but she says her and Keef don't talk much anymore, and uses Do U Know Who I Am, which has just a few guests, to work on her own voice. She flirts with a double-time flow on "Tatted" and bounces against speaker-breaking bass on "A&E." On sing-songy "Thoughts About Leaving," she's wise and hardened beyond her teenage years, providing valuable advice to young girls: what you love is not always what you need, demand loyalty no matter what, never back down. "I'm Hotta," the mixtape's five-minute closer, is a study in the diversity of Chicago's emerging lady hitta personalities, featuring guttural, pillow-voiced Katie Got Bandz and emphatic, hollering Chella H, that ends with a vocal sample saying the asshole has left the building, followed by an appealing round of girl cheers. The claps congratulate Sasha and her peers on a job well done, but it feels like they're there for the tape's female audience to bask in, too.
