The idea of using someone's leftover cereal milk to create ice cream is pretty perverse, but thankfully, that's not how it works at Williamsburg's Momofuku Milk Bar. In actuality, they filter milk through fresh cereal (not to be consumed) for their highly addictive cereal milk-flavored ice cream and shakes. They were kind to treat us to some as we commandeered their storefront to talk to chef Christina Tosi and Miss Frankie Rose about Momofuku's imaginative concoctions, Rose's own dessert habits and the affects that coffee doesn't have on her performances. Momofuku's Brooklyn arm is located at 382 Metropolitan Ave. Come for the baked goods, stay for the Stumptown.
