Lil Wayne and his entourage have been accused of assaulting a fan named Alfredo Marino, who tried to take a picture of Wayne. It has been reported that on May 3rd, Marino attempted to take a picture with the rapper but was denied. Instead, Marino attempted to take a photo from his car which prompted Wayne and crew to threaten Marino. He says he was then hit from behind with a skateboard, knocked down and left bleeding, further suffering from a concussion and vertigo. This is the second time in the last 30 days that Wayne has been accused of assault; in April, he reportedly pushed a paparazzo in Miami, then wrecked his bike.
