Portugal. The Man, “All Your Light (Times Like These)” (RZA Remix) MP3

There is an excellent saying, "Opposites attract, and then they attack." Which, in the case of Portugal. The Man and RZA means they probably shouldn't do an entire record together a la Jay-Z and Linkin Park, but a little bit of flirtation in a single remix is not a bad idea. This came together for the simple reason that PTM are big Wu-Tang fans, and they asked RZA and he said yes. Good lesson for those with big dreams. The original begins sufficiently swampy before brightening, but RZA holds tight to that rough vibe, giving the song some slightly broken beat drums (!) and an extended buzz. PTM will be on tour soon, go see them in your town. No word on if RZA will be there, but maybe if you ask...
