To celebrate a collaborative capsule collection of women's clothes, Surface to Air teamed up with Renaissance woman and our hero Kim Gordon and made a little video lookbook to show off their duds. It's set to Sonic Youth's song "Bull in the Heather," which is funny, because the original music video for "Bull in the Heather" was itself kind of a lookbook, featuring Kathleen Hanna dancing around in clothes by X-Girl, Gordon's first-ever clothing line back in the early '90s. It's not the '90s anymore, though, instead of baby bangs, crop tops and cotton short-shorts, Gordon's Surface to Air collection is all womanly and adult with sensible heels and silky tank dresses. Gordon looks as badass as ever, of course.
