Remember that weird point where everyone was like, YEAH WE GET IT WES ANDERSON, and then he was like, ALRIGHT FINE, and he made The Fantastic Mr. Fox and everything felt okay again? Well, now we're getting Moonrise Kingdom, which looks like classic Anderson. That dude has such a distinct style that there's bound to be a legion of haters poised—POISED!—at their keyboards to throw all sorts of backlash at this trailer. Jokes on them, though, because we're going to be first in line to go see this even if it turns out that it sucks (it won't suck). Moonrise Kingdom is in theaters this May.
