"Loose Change" is an atypical mind trip from Lunch Money, a Miami rapper/producer whose father played bass in Inner Circle. With suddenly shifting grooves and a distorted background texture that sounds like a shaky FM transmission of banshees in a wind tunnel, it's got such an unusual feel that the spaced-out simplicity of its lyrics takes a minute to register. One suspects that Lunch Money doesn't compose his verses in notebooks, but prefers the one-take game-spitter style popularized by the Big Tymers. His casually-blank delivery adds to the track's overall trippy feeling.
