It was dark and stormy in Brooklyn last night, but the vibe at Converse Rubber Tracks was all warmth and sunshine when Beautiful Swimmers took the stage, spinning their brand of spirit-lifting disco and mellow, body-moving synth jams. People slaked their thirst with cold Budweisers and Crown Royal Black cocktails, and mingled around, happy to be out of the rain, and to be reading about what they might be listening to in the sunnier times to come thanks to our annual Now Issue, FADER #77. Namely cover star Future, who performed a medley of his hits—"Racks," "Watch This," "Tony Montana," "Magic" and "Go Harder"—in leather and sparking studs.
