Although not a whole lot happens in this Peaking Lights video (directed by Cam Archer), it still is a great interpretation of their music: long shots of sun-dappled suburban streets, a girl squelching her feet in the mud and constructing some sort of monster from various junk she finds all around her vibrantly-colored neighborhood. It feels like the exact same methods used to create a Peaking Lights song—plenty of patience, some earthy grit, and a willingness to use bizarre sounds, wherever they might come from.
