Odd Future member Domo Genesis’ output is usually pretty stoney and SoCal smooth, as particularly evidenced by his last, low rider-primed mixtape Under the Influence. "IDGAF" is not necessarily a revelatory statement but touches new ground, as it's better suited to hotboxing a spaceship than a car. Someone get this guy in the studio with Hudson Mohawke as soon as possible.
In real Odd Future cross-genre collaboration news, over the weekend, Tyler, the Creator tweeted a a picture of himself, Frank Ocean and Chaz Bundick bka Toro y Moi, reportedly working on material for Ocean's upcoming LP. Odd Future has received the Toro y Moi treatment before, when Bundick remixed Tyler and Hodgy Beats' "French."
