Gold Panda gets the weirdo treatment from Peaking Lights. Not that he's not weird on his own, but this is psychedelically loopy. It's a groover, though, either rain drips or tiny hands clapping giving it that nice propulsion. Total dream music, at least it is if you rest your head somewhere comfy.
