Believe it or not! On Monday, Young Jeezy celebrated the six year anniversary of his debut album with a show featuring appearances from Kanye West, Jay-Z and The Lox. Through most of the show, he only vaguely alluded to the release of TM 103, his long-delayed follow up to 2008's The Recession. Then at the tail end of the show, before his band cleared the room, he announced his new project would be released this fall. Today, that's official. Def Jam's confirmed the album will appear September 20th, and that Jeezy will tour (with Freddie Gibbs) through late summer to drum up support for it. Jeezy told Rolling Stone the album is him, "rhyming about how I absolutely, positively will not fail." We're staring at our TM 101 promo snow globe, getting anticipation goosebumps. Mazel Tov!
